What is Mindset?
“Mindset” is the way you think about things… Tu Forma De Pensar. (This is my own definition of Mindset)
Its about enrichment of your mind. Feeding your mind with positive information that will help you see the big picture. Sometime we are stuck with a limited mindset because we dont know any better.
For many years people will said to me, “Joany you must have the right Mindset” I could not understand what they were referring. I keep thinking …I know that I want to make money, working from home and quitting my boring job.
Then one day I was watching few videos on You Tube and found a great Network Marker her name is Diane Hochman, and I remember that she used to said that when she started her networkmarketing career she would be carrying around a cassette player with huge headphone to listen to motivacional tapes everywhere she went. Diane Hochman did that for mindset. To be able to be a great leader for her team.
It finally hit me, that in this Network Marketing industry the Mindset is very important.
Because when you join a network marketing company is because you want to become a Leader, you want to help thousand of people to reach their goals …what ever there are at.
like if someone say to you “ I just want to make $500 per month” so you are going to help them by providing the motivation and the tools needed to reach that goal.
Because Network Marketing is really an industry where you can not be selfish. right? You can not make it on Network Marketing by yourself. I have never hear on anyone becoming a Millanaire on their own.
So you must have to have the right mindset.
Mindet? what does that mean? Mi forma de pensar ?
When you joing a network marketing your mindset is going to be like :
Ok, I believe in this company in these products and I am going to help my people the people that need this service to feel better.
Maybe you are selling vitamins so you can say:
“my mission is to help people get healthy, make money if they want or grow their organization, quit their jobs or whatever they want”.
So you must start educating yourself for example …listening to motivational cds. Learning Network Marketing
I used to listen to these Cd’s called “Secrets of the Millaire Mind” I would listen to it while commuting to work.
OMG I used to hate that JOB! So listening to these Cd’s gave me inspiration that I can do it.
I would listen to Tony Robbins… Ohhhh I liked him a lot! I bought my first cd series “Get The Edge” Remember when he used to have those infomercial?
he was so handsome…he still is 
So anyways! You have to provide value, talk to people, give them a hug and believe in them.
To provide value first thing to do is to become an expert in one area of Internet Marketing.
Then teach what you have learned!
